Normal dose rate:
Grain boilers: 0.1 – 0.60 kg / ton of material
In sugarcane pot: 0.05 – 0.20 kg / ton of material
USER MANUAL:
It is recommended to add AMYLEX® 5T to the pre-cooking or crucible cooking pre-treatment to prevent starch retention in the sugar solution, depending on the processing.
In the manufacture of alcoholic beverages, it is recommended to add AMYLEX® 5T
