ENZYME DIAZYME® P10 is a pullulanase enzyme derived from Bacillus lichenformis.

DIRECTIONS FOR USE:
Usual rate of use
In sugarcane pots 0.5-2.0 kg / ton of material
In the ferment tank 0.03-0.12 kg / ton of raw material
USER MANUAL:
It is recommended that the DIAZYME® P10 be immersed into the crucible immediately or immediately after transfer to correct the decay. DIAZYME® P10 is not heat stable and should be used at temperatures <65 ° C.
For fermentation use, DIAZYME P10 should be added in combination with DIAZYME® FA to improve RDF levels.

• Water 57 – 89% (w / w)
• Dextrose 10.0 – 38.0% (w / w)
• Pullulanase 1 – 5% (w / w)
• Sodium benzoate 0.26 – 0.35% (w / w)
• Kali sorbate 0.09 – 0.13% (w / w)
