ENZYME DIAZYME TGA is a glucoamylase enzyme (or amyloglucosidase) starch hydrolyzate derived from the bacterium Trichoderma reesei.
APPLICATION RANGE:
Beer, wine, …
BENEFITS:
Maximizes the conversion of starch into fermentable sugars and reduces the amount of residual carbohydrates
DIRECTIONS FOR USE:
Normal dose rate
In the cooker 1.5-7 kg / ton of material
In the fermentation tank 0.10-0.40 kg / ton of material
USER MANUAL:
In order to optimize the effect, diazyme® TGA should be directly added to the sugar pot when it is finished or transferred. For use in fermentation, Diazyme® TGA should be refrigerated, either before or with yeast
