In mid-June, the world-renowned natural wonder Ha Long Bay warmly welcomed the AlphaGroup and VinaBeco family with radiant sunshine, gentle sea breezes, and the rhythmic lapping of waves – nature’s way of saying hello. Amid this vast and breathtaking seascape, the 2025 summer trip themed “United – Resilient – Breaking the Waves” unfolded vibrantly, wholeheartedly, and full of emotion.
More than just a well-deserved getaway to recharge after tireless efforts, this journey was a meaningful chapter of connection, sharing, and the continued cultivation of corporate culture.
The team building activities on the Ha Long beach played out like a symphony of youth and unity. From quick-reflex mini games to physically engaging team challenges that required fluid coordination and harmony, every shout of encouragement, every fall met with laughter, and every firm handshake at the finish line reflected a spirit of perseverance and togetherness.
As the day wound down, the Gala Dinner brought everyone into a warm and intimate space. Under the soft golden lights, colleagues gathered around the table, enjoyed gentle melodies, exchanged heartfelt stories, and embraced the shared joy of being part of one united family. Smiles, warm glances, and the presence of loved ones made the evening even more memorable – spreading the warmth of unity and compassion across the team.
Although the company leadership could not be present due to personal reasons, their care and attention were felt in every detail. From the planning to the execution, every aspect of the trip was thoughtfully designed to offer the best possible experience to all employees.
