On August 23, 2024, at the Hanoi – Me Linh Brewery, AlphaGroup and VinaBeco successfully organized a technical seminar under the theme “Efficient Production and Sustainable Development.” This event not only served as an occasion to express gratitude to partners and customers who have supported us but also provided an opportunity to discuss advanced technological solutions to enhance production efficiency and promote sustainable development in the beverage industry.
The seminar was part of a series of events celebrating the 15th anniversary of the Hanoi – Me Linh Brewery (September 6, 2009 – September 6, 2024), with the participation of Habeco’s leadership, representatives of breweries, and nearly 100 delegates from strategic partners such as Danisco – IFF, Kersia – Sopura, and Hanoi University of Science and Technology.
Mr. Pham Trung Kien, Deputy General Director of Habeco, delivered the opening speech, emphasizing the importance of collaboration and innovation in the industry.
At the seminar, Mr. Le Viet Thang, Chairman of VinaBeco & AlphaGroup, congratulated the 15th anniversary of the Hanoi – Me Linh Brewery. He also extended heartfelt thanks to the leadership of Habeco Corporation, the Hanoi – Me Linh Brewery, the faculty of Hanoi University of Science and Technology, and the leaders and members from Habeco breweries, as well as partners such as IFF – Danisco and Kersia – Sopura, for their participation and contributions.

In the presentations, Kersia’s representative discussed “Solutions for Water and Energy Savings and Cost Reduction in Production.” The IFF – Danisco representative introduced the Bclear enzyme, highlighting its innovations over similar market products in terms of energy savings, clarity, and foam stability during product storage. In the final presentation, a representative from Hanoi University of Science and Technology discussed “Modern Beverage Trends and Solutions for Waste Reduction in Production.”
