Vinabeco has successfully co-organized the training program “Beer Descriptive Profile Taster”, welcoming 32 trainees from 25 breweries across the Sabeco system. The course took place at the Saigon Beer – Nguyen Chi Thanh Brewery in a professionally equipped training environment.

The program was delivered directly by Dr. Bill Simpson, an internationally recognized sensory expert in the brewing industry. Throughout the course, participants received hands-on guidance in conducting sensory evaluation according to international standards, including systematic assessment of beer aroma, flavor, and structure using a specialized sample set.
The closing ceremony was honored to welcome representatives from Sabeco’s leadership and member breweries. Trainees were awarded certificates of completion by Dr. Bill Simpson. The program marks an important step toward enhancing sensory capabilities and moving toward standardized beer quality across the entire Sabeco system.
