DIRECTIONS FOR USE:
Typical dosage
In cereal grains 0.4-0.8 kg / ton of cereals
In sugarcane pots 0.01-0.05 kg / ton of powder
In the production of alcoholic beverages 0.8-1.6 kg / ton of powder
USER MANUAL:
It is recommended to add AMYLEX® BT2 to the cereal pot prior to cooking or sugars to prevent the presence of starch in the broth.
For alcoholic beverages, add AMYLEX® BT2 before cooking or depending on the process
AMYLEX® BT2 contains:
• Water 64.3 – 69.0% (w / w)
• Dextrose Target 9% (w / w)
• Sodium Chloride Target 16% (w / w)
• Alpha-amylase 5 – 10% (w / w)
• Sodium benzoate 0.40 – 0.55% (w / w)
• Kali sorbate 0.25 – 0.40% (w / w)
