On February 17, 2025, VinaBeco – Vietnam Beer, Alcohol, and Beverage Technology Joint Stock Company – organized a technical exchange with Hanoi–Haiphong Beer JSC to share knowledge and experience in the field of craft brewing. The event not only provided a valuable platform for professional exchange but also aimed to strengthen cooperation, enhance product quality, and update emerging trends in the brewing industry.

Hands-on Brewing Experience
A highlight of the program was the hands-on craft brewing session using the 4-in-1 Craft Brewing System, guided by VinaBeco’s experts. Participants had the chance to take part in each key stage — from selecting malt and milling grains to mashing and boiling with hops.
As the mashing process unfolded, the distinctive aroma of malt filled the air, blending with the warmth of the brewhouse to create an enchanting atmosphere. This sensory experience deepened participants’ appreciation for the artistry and precision behind crafting a quality brew.
The interactive brewing session allowed participants to experience every stage of brewing a traditional green rice craft beer alongside experts.

After a day of lively discussions and practical experiences, the program delivered tangible value for both sides.
