In early August, at the VinaBeco headquarters, the seminar on “Tasting Skills in Quality Management of Beer, Wine, Beverages, Dairy Products, and Sharing Experiences on Craft Beer Production Around the World” was successfully conducted. The event featured direct teaching from Dr. Bill Simpson, CEO of Cara Technology, one of the world’s leading sensory experts. The event also attracted a large number of guests, including specialists and representatives from businesses in the beverage and food industries in Vietnam.

Through these hands-on skills and practical experiences shared by the expert, participants learned how to identify the sensory characteristics of products, from flavor and color to structure and aftertaste. These are key factors in controlling the production process to ensure high-quality products that meet consumer demand and market requirements.
